Cast from concrete and mounted on black frame (frame in photo for illustrative purposes only). Cast and painted individually by hand and/or airbrush, using a variety of washes and oil, enamel, or acrylic paints. Labeled, numbered, and signed.
Note that this death mask is heavier and of larger overall dimensions than the regular death masks on this website, and that shipping charges (particularly international ones) will reflect this. Dimensions: approx. 15 cm x 29 cm x 30 cm (6" x 11.5" x 12") unframed, and 24 cm x 33 cm x 30 cm (10" x 13" x 12") framed. Weight with frame approx. 3.5 kg (7.7 lb).
This death mask was part of the Antecedent Death I exhibition, Lausanne, Switzerland, February/March 2011.
